Group Flying

During the summer months on Thursday evenings we offer gliding lessons for groups of 10 or more people. You can experience the pleasures of flying over the delightful countryside of rural Shropshire from just £35 per person.

We provide two ways of getting airborne. you can either be towed up behind a light aircraft or launched by winch. Both offer a fantastic experience.

Once you are airborne your instructor will demonstrate the use of the controls, and show you how a glider flies. You will be encouraged to handle the controls as much as possible during this first flight.

Most people are thrilled by their flight and some take the opportunity to have a second flight for just £25.

During each of your flights you will get the opportunity to take the controls and your first steps into controlling a glider
