Fleet Update.
Our ASK21 R22 will be transported to Slovakia in October for its programmed refurbishment and will be away for approximately two months. The club will have to pick up normal wear and tare costs such as the drag pin replacement, we would have had to pay these costs anyway. The glider will be finished with schwabalac gel coat, the same type used by Grob and longer lasting than T35 used be Schemp.

The replacement of our Discus is awaiting transportation from Scotland to Halton; there it will be inspected prior to delivery to us. I expect this swap to be completed post Looney Parc, We ensure the oxygen equipment and our club GPS are removed post Exped or we will loose them.
If you wish to volunteer for a drive to Slovakia in October (4 days) please let me know at your earliest opportunity, we need one person to assist the centre staff with the driving.
